In an amazing Cup Final Hoi An have snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, in the dying minutes of the game. The Undeads scored a try in the 73rd minute, and added the conversion to give them an 8 point buffer over Hoi An, only to lose the game 28-30 after Hoi An sneaked a penalty and converted try on the death knock.

Commiserations must go to the Undeads RFC, but a massive congratulations must go to Hoi An manager Hanoi for his 3rd successive World Club Championship

Next we have the newly created award in honour of BR manager and WCC Founder Iorwerth, called the "Iorwerth Award".

This Trophy is awarded to the team that I believe has played throughout each season's competition with the commitment, passion and spirit, that was originally intended for the WCC, when the competition idea was conceived.

The prestigious "Iorweth Trophy" is designed using the Coat Of Arms of Llywelyn ap Iorwerth, better known as "Llywelyn the Great", and is awarded this season to a new WCC team who showed the qualities that I look for in a recipient of this prestigious award, and that team is the StoneCold Legion.

The Iorwerth Award - StoneCold Legion (ZIM)

The final 2 awards are for the Top Points & Top Try Scorer and they were as follows;

Top Points Scorer - Angelo Ricca (Hoi An)

Top Try Scorer - Ogden Menzies (Wyndham Waratahs)

All trophies have been awarded.

Thanks to all managers who took part this season....you are what makes this competition so great.
